VERDICT – 3/5

PROS –
1) A grand crossover of Western & Jidaigeki genres starring two of their respective greatest stars.
2) The trinity of international stars: Charles Bronson, Toshirō Mifune, and Alain Delon.

CONS –
1) Terence Young missed an epic opportunity of making probably one of the greatest movie of all time. The story with elements of honor, deceit, and sacrifice was ruined by bad direction and wacky soundtrack.
