Verdict – 3/5

Pros –
1) All credits to Jason Reitman for making a movie on a complicated topic as a feel-good funny fairy tale movie.
2) Great casting.Definitive Ellen Page role.
3) Well written screenplay with funny dialogues.
4) Refreshing soundtrack – “All I Want Is You”
5) Opening credits with rotoscoped Juno.

Cons –
1) Teenage pregnancy is no fun topic. Unlike “Knocked Up”, here we have a teenage school kid getting pregnant in a utopian ideal environment and everyone is behaving as if it’s completely normal.
2) Primary plot is ordinary. Even the reaction of Juno is surprisingly calm. Any ordinary kid would freak out in such situation.

Verdict – 2/5

Pros –
1) DC establishing that Superman is indeed the strongest DC superhero

Cons –
1) The resurrection of Superman is over-simplified.
2) Steppenwolf – generic run-of-the-mill supervillain trying to destroy the world.
3) DC needs to get rid of Zack Snyder. He’s worn out and got nothing new to offer in this genre.
