VERDICT – 3/5

PROS –
1) Just like the first installment, it’s a nice enjoyable zombie-comedy. The movie gets into the mood from the Columbia/SONY intro itself.
2) Luke Wilson as Albuquerque
3) One scene where Columbus and Flagstaff are wrangling over their respective rules and commandments.

CONS –
1) Nothing extraordinary added to the franchise, rather it’s a sequel too late.

“This crop stuff is just about a bunch of nerds who never had a girlfriend their whole lives. They’re like thirty now. They make up secret codes and analyze Greek mythology and make secret societies where other guys who never had girlfriends can join in. They do stupid crap like this to feel special. It’s a scam. Nerds were doin’ it 25 years ago and new nerds are doing it again.”

Tallahassee: Out west, we hear it’s back east. Back east, they hear it’s out west. It’s all just nonsense. You know, you’re like a penguin on the North Pole who hears the South Pole is really nice this time of the year.
