PROS –

CONS –
1) This is some seriously mediocre govt-conspiracy-horror movie from Jordan Peele where an army of scissors-wielding undergrounds doppelgangers with speech impairment are killing their counterparts to achieve the goal of “joining hands across the country”.
2) It took 60 minutes of built-up to take off the story. This movie is 30 minutes too long.
3) None of the actors are convincing in their respective roles. I wonder what Elisabeth Moss was doing in that “blink & miss” role.
4) I feel pity for those critics who are digging hidden “socio-cultural” meaning in this over-hyped movie.

VERDICT – 5/5

PROS –
1) All publicity is good publicity. Although the movie is set in the 1920s, it eerily summarises the modern media, making and breaking a person’s public image, creating false gods & celebrities for gullible readers & audiences with a short attention span.
2) Great screenplay and editing amalgamating the entire movie with jazz performances.
3) John C. Reilly as Amos, the simpleton pushover husband of Roxie Hart.
4) Magnificent musical numbers moving the story forward.

CONS –

VERDICT – 2/5

PROS –
1) An educational movie for the audiences to understand the CIA-Contra deal to traffic cocaine into the US.
2) Andy García as Norwin Meneses. The flamboyant drug-lord in a Nicaraguan prison.

CONS –
1) The biographical tone of the movie is it’s the biggest problem. A story from a different point of view would’ve been more interesting. A TV Series like Narcos explaining how the drug trafficking actually started would be worth watching.

3) Beric Dondarrion dying to save Arya, Jorah Mormont dying to save Dany. Theon dying to save Bran.
4) Lyanna Mormont‘s giant-killing act.

CONS –
1) A rushed final season. A series which could’ve been the greatest series of all time choked during the final season.
2) “The Long Night”. The grand battle ruined thanks to bad cinematography, which included a lame death scene of the grand-villain.
3) All the fan theories, all the wild guesses about the Azor Ahai, etc. were whimpered down by this unfulfilling season full of bad writing.
